My name is Johnathan Gibson and I’m a graphic designer, visual artist, illustrator, prop builder, Puppeteer and creative scientist in general. I have spent most of my career creating eye-catching visual aesthetics, logos and icons for well-known brands as well as committing to community and cultural maintenance through art

 I received my Master’s degree from New York University in Graphic Communications Management and Technology. I have worked with the Jim Henson Company as well as Sesame Workshop and MTV networks where I developed and created critical designs and contributed to art direction used for programs such as Sesame Street and the Electric Company. I also developed concept art and design for consumer products and apparel for various nickelodeon products. For the past 4 years I have been a designer for Innovative Designs LLC in New York City. I design toys, school supplies, and licensed stationery for franchises such as Marvel, DC Comics, Star Wars, Disney, Nickelodeon, and Cartoon Network.

Design for the purpose of influencing minds and imagination has been a long time passion of and I can’t wait to see where the next project takes me.
